We practice Family Law, exclusively. We offer personal service to our clients, including accessibility, communication, and joint participation with our clients in the preparation of documents and the making of decisions involved in their cases. We limit the type, size and number of cases which we accept to enable us to deliver personal and efficient service to each of our clients. • CHILD VISITATION (Determining appropriate visitation, addressing such matters as bonding, time-share and how time-share affects support, inappropriate parental role modeling or behavior or relationships or lifestyle or environment, supervision or monitoring of visitation etc.)
• DOMESTIC VIOLENCE RESTRAINING ORDERS (where there have been threats or violence involving parties who are or were married, living together, relatives, dating or engaged, or have a child together)
• UNIFORM PARENTAGE ACT CASES (Establishing Paternity and rights for the father or mother of the child)
• NON-MARITAL DISSOLUTION (Facilitating non-marital relationships in transition, including paternity, dividing jointly owned property, asserting property or support or custody or visitation rights etc.)
• CIVIL HARASSMENT RESTRAINING ORDERS (Cases under Civil Code Section 527.6 where the parties are or were not married, related, engaged, dating, living together, or joint parents of a child)
• PRENUPTIAL AGREEMENTS (also known as PREMARITAL AGREEMENTS)
